LTTS to Provide Solutions for the Global 5G Private Network Industry

L&T Technology Services Limited has announced that it is collaborating with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. to deploy end-to-end solutions for the global 5G Private Network Industry utilizing their combined core expertise in the Hi-Tech & Telecommunication domain.

LTTS and Qualcomm Technologies will combine core competencies in telecommunication solutions and services to benefit end-customers in the manufacturing and warehousing/logistics sectors. As the demand for a connected world grows, LTTS engineers are harnessing the power of 5G and transforming global manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Qualcomm Technologies, a global leader in 5G connectivity, is accelerating 5G connectivity expansion, and its end-to-end domain expertise is enabling the expansion of the broader technology ecosystem, which includes 5G Private Network RAN, devices, automation and management solutions, and partner initiatives.

Qualcomm Technologies will use Private Networks RAN Automation technology for small cell automation and management, as well as pre-integrated PN solutions, as part of the proposed collaboration. LTTS will help with end-to-end system integration, use case design and implementation, engineering consulting, and deployment services, as well as edge-to-cloud orchestration and management. Qualcomm Technologies and LTTS are now enabling Industry 4.0 solutions for enterprises by combining their diverse ecosystem strengths.

According to the terms of the agreement, LTTS will establish an engineering center of excellence in Santa Clara with the assistance of Qualcomm Technologies to accelerate the adoption of 5G private wireless networks.
